The answer for Fremont Public Schools with a student population of 2,500 and a city population of under 5,000 and surrounding district of close to 13,000 is placing their students, teachers, administrators, and community people in the roles of diplomats and cultural ambassadors in partnership with Yahaba, Japan. |
